Erica Rubach

Erica Rubach is a Co-Founder of EMME Solutions, a marketing consulting & branded content firm. She has over 25 years of experience in the media industry with an exclusive focus on developing and producing campaigns and programming that support cause related initiatives.

With both corporate and entrepreneurial experience, she has held senior leadership positions at NBC Universal, both locally and nationally, and founded 3 small businesses.

Her work has always been driven by her passion for helping others, including the development of multi-media campaigns to combat child hunger in the US, public educator recognition and school supply drives, adoption for kids with special needs, military veterans issues, and providing free legal services for abused and neglected children, among many others.

She specializes in connecting non-profit organizations with corporate sponsors to provide campaign funding and support, establishing media partnerships and producing award winning creative to deliver the message when and where it will drive change.

Erica serves on the board of The Reach Institute, a non-profit that trains pediatricians in children’s mental healthcare for several years. She was named Top 100 Marketer of the Year in 2020 by MadCon, and won a 2021 NY Emmy Award for her work on the television special "Side by Side: A Celebration of Service".

Maria Paone's 30+ year media career, started in local radio in the 1990's and transitioned quickly to national TV. As her passion for media and marketing evolved, she was elevated to senior level in strategic marketing/business development at NBC Universal in New York. It's here that she pioneered a multitude of industry best practices and award-winning branded content campaigns. As an industry leader, she pivoted from media to entertainment at Al Roker Entertainment (ARE) as VP, Branded Content.

In 2015, Paone co-founded EMME Solutions, LLC. EMME develops diverse B2B/B2C multi-channel, social impact campaigns. Paone's relentless energy and drive to solve problems, combines creativity, social good, and branded entertainment delivering ROI. This is the purpose of EMME Solutions.

George is a recognized coach, instructor, and speaker with over 50 years of experience in working with every level in soccer including professional, amateur and youth. He has conducted training sessions and clinics including the NSCAA National Convention (USA, 2000),  Scottish Youth FA Under 16 National Team (Scotland 2004), National Trainers Union (Denmark, 2013), and many more for both the NSCAA and DBU (Denmark).   Coach Sasvari has won numerous state and region championships in USYSA and US Club Soccer and also serves as camp director at IMG Academy hosting 1000’s of soccer players from over 49 different countries.  He is married to Teena and they have raised four children Tricia, Jaymi, Joey, Cody and Tagg, their grandchild.
