KPMG needed to build awareness for a new Social Impact practice, establish credibility among senior social impact and ESG decision makers, showcase relevant case studies and advisory capabilities, create high-quality business development conversations, and differentiate itself in an increasingly competitive market. The effort needed to be visible, relationship-driven, and aligned with executive audiences that influence consulting and partnership decisions.

The Work
